چکیده
Spiro-condensed dithienogermoles with electron-donating aromatic substituents were prepared, one of which was examined as the hole-transporting material perovskite solar cell, providing maximal photo-current conversion efficiency 14.67%.

A dopant-free organic hole transport material for efficient planar heterojunction perovskite solar cells
We demonstrate efficient planar perovskite solar cells using a dopant-free donor–acceptor (D–A) conjugated small molecule as a hole transport material. The photovoltaic cell reaches a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 14.9%, which is comparable to or even better than that of the devices using the traditional doped 2,20,7,70-tetrakis(N,N0-di-p-methoxyphenylamine)-9,90-spirobifluorene (spiroOM...
متن کاملHigh-Performance Regular Perovskite Solar Cells Employing Low-Cost Poly(ethylenedioxythiophene) as a Hole-Transporting Material
Herein, we successfully applied a facile in-situ solid-state synthesis of conducting polymer poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) as a HTM, directly on top of the perovskite layer, in conventional mesoscopic perovskite solar cells (PSCs) (n-i-p structure). The fabrication of the PEDOT film only involved a very simple in-situ solid-state polymerisation step from a monomer 2,5-dibromo-3,4-eth...
متن کاملHole-Transporting Materials for Printable Perovskite Solar Cells
Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) represent undoubtedly the most significant breakthrough in photovoltaic technology since the 1970s, with an increase in their power conversion efficiency from less than 5% to over 22% in just a few years. Hole-transporting materials (HTMs) are an essential building block of PSC architectures. Currently, 2,2',7,7'-tetrakis-(N,N'-di-p-methoxyphenylamine)-9,9'-spirobi...
متن کاملNon-aggregated Zn(ii)octa(2,6-diphenylphenoxy) phthalocyanine as a hole transporting material for efficient perovskite solar cells.
A non-aggregated Zn(ii)octa(2,6-diphenylphenoxy) phthalocyanine (coded as TT80) has been used as a hole-transporting material for perovskite solar cells. The cells were fabricated under three different configurations by changing the uptake solvent (chlorobenzene or toluene) and incorporating additives (bis(trifluoromethane) sulfonimide lithium salt (LiTFSI) and 4-tert-butylpyridine (TBP). A pow...
متن کاملEnhanced charge collection with ultrathin AlOx electron blocking layer for hole-transporting material-free perovskite solar cell.
An ultrathin AlOx layer has been deposited onto a CH3NH3PbI3 film using atomic layer deposition technology, to construct a metal-insulator-semiconductor (MIS) back contact for the hole-transporting material-free perovskite solar cell. By optimization of the ALD deposition cycles, the average power conversion efficiency (PCE) of the cell has been enhanced from 8.61% to 10.07% with a highest PCE ...
